We are an online-only shop — there is no counter to visit, which is why we answer email quickly instead.
What to write to us about
- Where is my order? Send the order number. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to start updating after you receive it, which is normal.
- Sizing. Tell us your pet's chest measurement and weight and we will tell you which size to take. Guessing from breed alone goes wrong more often than not.
- Something arrived wrong or damaged. A photo is all we need. See the refund policy — 30 days from delivery, and for anything under $30 you keep the item.
- Changed your mind before it shipped? Write the same day and we will usually catch it.
