At Yurichan Store, we want you and your furry best friend to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@yurichan.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
