Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You'll receive a second notification with tracking once your order ships.
Where Your Order Ships From
Our products are made and shipped by our production partners overseas. This is what lets us keep our prices where they are — it also means delivery takes longer than a local warehouse would. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you later.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping — $4.99 USD
- FREE on all orders over $70 USD
Standard shipping is the only method we currently offer.
A Note on Currency
All our prices are in US dollars. If you're shopping from outside the United States, your cart and checkout may display converted amounts in your local currency at the current exchange rate — so the shipping total you see may differ from the $4.99 USD above. The amount charged is always the USD price converted at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
- United Kingdom — 5 to 12 days
- Australia & New Zealand — 6 to 14 days
- Canada — 7 to 16 days
- Europe — 12 to 22 days
- United States — 20 to 35 days
- Rest of world — 20 to 40 days
These are calendar days, not business days, and they start the day your order ships — add the processing time above. We quote the honest range rather than the best case.
Lunar New Year
Our production partners pause for Lunar New Year, usually for two to four weeks between late January and mid-February. Orders placed in that window take noticeably longer, and we'll say so on the product page before you buy.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to start updating after you receive it, which is normal.
Orders With Multiple Items
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping when this happens.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Whether your order attracts import duty depends on where it is going, and the rules changed recently. Australia and the United Kingdom have high duty-free thresholds that our order values sit well below, so duty is unlikely. The European Union applies a small flat duty per item, which we cover. Orders to the United States and Canada are the ones most likely to attract duties and customs fees, and those thresholds are low.
Where a duty or tax is charged by your country, it is not included in your order total and is collected by the carrier or customs authority. If you would rather not risk it, ask us first and we'll tell you what we know for your country before you order.
Late or Missing Orders
If your order passes the top of its delivery range, send us a message with your order number and we'll track it down.
